“After eight years as an architect at Foster & Partners and as a lead architect at Wilkinson Eyre, where I worked on extraordinary luxury mixed-use, retail, and high-end residential projects, I decided to embark on an independent journey. My goal was to leverage my experience in a new way to help aspiring creatives navigate the challenges of an increasingly crowded industry.

As a lead architect, I mastered the art of building successful teams and I now apply that expertise to match talented individuals and brands, helping them grow and thrive.
